Albany High School health educator Sue Dwyer has been
honored for her efforts to help young people avoid drug and alcohol
abuse.
“She served as a tremendous role model, advocate and
resource to help her students make positive decisions in all aspects of
their lives,” said Staff Sgt. Lenny Crouch, who administers the Albany
County Stop-DWI program for the Albany County Sheriffs Department.
The program aims to reduce the number of traffic injuries
and deaths caused by underage drinking and drug use.
